HOW IT WORKS
01.
Gather Your Athlete/Team
Gather your Individual Athlete, Team of 3-4 or 5 or more players for their individual photo session in our Ventura Studio.
Players do not have to be from the same team or the same sport.
Perfect for capturing siblings, best friends or family members in different sports.
03.
30-MINUTE OR 10-MINUTE TIME SLOTS
Individual players who are booked solely on their own are scheduled for 30 minutes. Be sure to bring equipment for all sports you’d like to include.
Team/Groups of 3 or more are scheduled in 10-minute increments, allowing time to capture a variety of dynamic poses specifically designed for your sport.

View YOUR PHOTOS Before You Buy
Timeframe for viewing photos is 5-7 days from the session date (remember, we hand-edit images with smoke and dramatic effects).
We will notify you when your online gallery is ready! You’ll get to see your photos before you purchase.

Online Ordering
Order your photos securely from the comfort of your home anytime through PhotoDay by using your phone, tablet or computer.
You can choose from pre-designed packages or simply create your own.
Online gallery remains open for 14 days giving you plenty of time to choose your images!
Our Studio is set up with a black backdrop, side strip box lighting, spot lighting, and other special light modifiers as the base to our editorial-style portraits.
You don’t need to know how to pose - we got you covered! If there are poses you have in mind, please let us know ahead of time so we can incorporate them into our workflow.
Photographs are then retouched by hand with added effects such as smoke, fog, or color lighting for a dynamic, editorial-style look.
We give special attention to each of your images; we want you to LOVE them.
Please note: The safety of your athlete is always our top concern. We will refrain from actually setting anything on fire in the Studio. These effects are added in post. Please keep the flamethrower at home!
We typically tether our camera to an iPad so you can watch the magic as it happens!

Book Your Date AND TIME SLOT
Contact us for available dates and times for your team/group.
Once you select your date, we will open the online booking system for your players to choose their time slots.
All players must be booked on the same date, in back-to-back time slots.
04.
PSP FLYER WITH ONLINE GALLERY INFORMATION
About a week before your photo session, we will send you information on how to sign up and access your online gallery.
We use an all-in-one platform, PhotoDay, making it more convenient for you to view and order your selected images.
08.
Contactless Delivery
Orders are delivered directly to your doorstep. No more collecting and distributing orders to families.
Digital images are delivered electronically as direct downloads through your online gallery.
Printed products typically arrive in 2-3 weeks.

ordering DIGITALS, PRINTS & PRODUCTS
You can order additional digitals in web-size and high-resolution sizes through your online gallery, as well as prints and a variety of great sports products such as metal bag tags!
