We give special attention to each of your images; we want you to LOVE them.
Please note: The safety of your athlete is always our top concern. We will refrain from actually setting anything on fire in the Studio. These effects are added in post. Please keep the flamethrower at home!
We typically tether our camera to an iPad so you can watch the magic as it happens!
HOW IT WORKS
From planning to final image delivery, we guide you through a streamlined, professional process to provide high-impact images. Whether it’s in the studio or on location, we handle the details so you and your athletes can focus on the experience.
START HERE FOR STUDIO
01.
Gather Your Athlete/Team (STUDIO SESSIONS)
Gather your Individual Athlete, Team of 3-4 or 5 or more players for their individual photo session in our Ventura Studio.
Players do not have to be from the same team or the same sport.
Perfect for capturing siblings, best friends or family members in different sports.

Book Your Date / TIME AND LOCATION FOR YOUR SESSION
Contact us for available dates and times for your team/group - In Studio or On Location.
Once the date and time is chosen, we’ll send you instructions for online booking and payment of your session fees to secure your date.
Studio sessions require full payment for booking up front.
Location sessions require one-half payment up front to secure booking; the remaining one-half is due prior to or on the day of the session.
All players are booked on the same date and photographed back-to-back with team and/or individual images. We give each player individualized attention.

View YOUR PHOTOS Before You Buy
Timeframe for viewing photos is 5-7 days from the session date (remember, we hand-edit images with smoke and dramatic effects).
We will notify you when your online gallery is ready! You’ll get to see your photos before you purchase.

Online Ordering
Order your photos securely from the comfort of your home anytime through PhotoDay by using your phone, tablet or computer.
You can choose from pre-designed packages or simply create your own.
Online gallery remains open for 14 days giving you plenty of time to choose your images!
VENTURA STUDIO
Our Studio is set up with a black backdrop, side strip box lighting, spot lighting, and other special light modifiers as the base to our editorial-style portraits.
You don’t need to know how to pose - we got you covered! If there are poses you have in mind, please let us know ahead of time so we can incorporate them into our workflow. We want these sessions to be creative and fun at the same time! No boring sessions here!
Photographs are then retouched by hand with added effects such as smoke, fog, or color lighting for a dynamic, editorial-style look.
02.
30-MINUTE OR 10-MINUTE TIME SLOTS (STUDIO SESSIONS)
Individual players who are booked solely on their own are scheduled for 30 minutes.
Team/Groups of 3 or more are scheduled in 10-minute increments, allowing time to capture a variety of dynamic poses specifically for their sport.
*Be sure to bring equipment for all sports you’d like to include.

ONLINE GALLERY INFORMATION
Approximately one week before your photo session, we will send you information on how to sign up and access your online gallery.
You’ll be assigned an exclusive access code for your Individual Athlete (Studio) or for your Team (Studio or Location) online gallery.
We use an all-in-one platform, PhotoDay, making it more convenient for you to view and order your selected images.
Teams will need to distribute the flyer to parents and/or players to ensure they sign up for access to their athlete’s online gallery.
08.
Contactless Delivery
Orders are delivered directly to your doorstep. No more collecting and distributing orders to families.
Digital images are delivered electronically as direct downloads through your online gallery.
Printed products typically arrive in 2-3 weeks.
