Gather your team of 5 or more players for their individual photo session in our Ventura Studio.
Players do not have to be from the same team, or the same sport.
Perfect for capturing siblings, best friends or family members in different sports.
Don’t have a team of 5? We also offer Individual sessions and teams of 3-4 players.

Book Your Date
Contact us for available dates and time slots for your team.
Once you select your date, we will open the online booking system for your players to choose their time slots.
All players must be booked on the same date, in back-to-back time slots.

10-Minute Time Slots
Players are scheduled in 10-minute increments allowing time to capture a variety of dynamic poses specifically designed for your sport.
Individual Athletes are booked for 30-minute time slots - a great way to showcase multi-sport athletes by capturing each sport separately, then incorporating them into images together.

View Before You Buy
See your photos in an online gallery before you purchase.
We use an all-in-one platform, PhotoDay, making it more convenient for you to view and order your selected images.
Timeframe for viewing photos is 5-7 days from the session date as we hand-edit images with smoke and dramatic effects.

Online Ordering
Order your photos securely from the comfort of your home anytime through PhotoDay by using your phone, tablet or computer.
You can choose from pre-designed packages or simply create your own.
Online gallery remains open for 14 days giving you plenty of time to choose your images!
06.
Contactless Delivery
Orders are delivered directly to your doorstep.
Digital images are delivered electronically as direct downloads.
Printed products typically arrive in 2-3 weeks.
Photographs are retouched by hand with effects such as smoke, fog, and special lighting added to the image for a dynamic, editorial-style look.
We give special attention to each of your images; we want you to LOVE them.
SESSION FEES

$75 per player

Duration: Dedicated 10-minute session for each athlete
Includes: 1 high-resolution digital image of your choice for each athlete

Individual Athletes
$250 per player
Although our main focus is on capturing individual athletes, we also offer on-location photography services for larger teams.
Team photos are captured with the same raw grit as our individual sessions unless otherwise specified.
Team photos must include all players on the team (there is no player opt-out option).

Includes travel to the location within 30 miles of 93003, equipment setup and breakdown, and time photographing the team in multiple poses.

PRO SESSION
TEAM, COACHES, AND INDIVIDUAL PLAYER SESSION (NO DIGITAL IMAGES)
Session Fee: $30 per player
Includes travel to the location within 30 miles of 93003, equipment setup and breakdown, time photographing individual players in 2-4 poses, and multiple team poses.
Must include all players on the team (there is no player opt-out option).
Online ordering and direct delivery of prints and products. Digital images delivered via download.
Prints/packages start at $12. Digitals start at $35.

MVP SESSION
TEAM, COACHES, AND INDIVIDUAL PLAYER SESSION (WITH INDIVIDUAL DIGITAL)
Session Fee: $50 per player
Includes travel to the location within 30 miles of 93003, equipment setup and breakdown, time photographing individual players in 2-4 poses, and multiple team poses PLUS one individual player high-resolution digital image.
Must include all players on the team (there is no player opt-out option).
Online ordering and direct delivery of prints and products. Digital images delivered via download.
Prints/packages start at $12. Digitals start at $35.

All Session Fees are collected by the Coach or Team Parent and paid directly to PSP.
Team Rosters must be provided no less than one week before the session date to ensure proper tagging of individual players.

PhotoDay is an online solution that can help make picture day easier for our customers by offering a variety of features, including:
